Join the group
Open Ink Reader Beta and select Join group. This adds your Google account to the tester list.

Join the private Google Play test, install Ink Reader, and keep receiving beta updates through the Play Store.
Check your account
Make sure the browser and Google Play Store use the same Google account that joined ink-reader-beta@googlegroups.com.
Join the Play test
Open the Google Play button above and select Become a tester. The private listing will then become available to your account.
Install from Play
Select the Google Play download link. Future beta releases arrive through the Play Store like ordinary app updates.
If Play says it cannot find Ink Reader
Closed-test apps do not appear in normal Play Store search, so always enter through the invitation link.
Confirm that you joined the Google Group
Open Ink Reader Beta and check that Google shows you as a member before continuing to Play.
Confirm the selected Google account
Open the account switcher in both your browser and the Play Store. They must match the account that joined the group.
Join before opening the store listing
Return to this page, open the beta invitation, and confirm that Google says you are a tester before selecting the download link.
Allow time for a new release
A release still in review or pending publication cannot be installed yet. Once Google marks it available, try the invitation link again.
The developer build is separate
Ink Reader Dev and the Play Store version can be installed together. The private developer build does not replace or update the Play version.
Found a problem?
Settings → Diagnostics
Export a diagnostic report from the app and send it with a short description of what you were doing.
